  • We sell jewelry including sterling silver pieces with stones such as moissanite and zircon.
  • Product images are for illustration. Slight variations in color, size, finish, or natural stone appearance may occur.

  • We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time.
  • Jewelry may contain metals or materials that can cause allergic reactions in some people. Customers with known sensitivities should purchase with caution.

3. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase.
  • We may accept or reject any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.
  • Order confirmation email means we received your order, not that it has been accepted. A contract is formed when we ship the order or otherwise confirm acceptance.
  • We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided by you.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Applicable sales tax and other taxes will be calculated at checkout where required by law.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods we offer.
  • You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within the regions available at checkout.
  • Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders of $80 or more before taxes, discounts, or other fees, unless otherwise stated on the Site.
  • Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
  • Items must be:
    • unused and in original condition;
    • in original packaging where possible;
    • accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • The following are generally not eligible for return unless required by law or we agree otherwise:
    • final sale or clearance items;
    • earrings or pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons, if applicable;
    • customized, engraved, or altered items;
    • items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. Care and Use

  • Jewelry should be handled with care and stored properly when not in use.
  • Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, sweat, and harsh cleaners may damage jewelry or affect plating and stones.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear, improper care, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

8. Promotions and Discounts

  • Promotions, discount codes, and offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
  • We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.
  • Promotions have no cash value and may be subject to additional terms.

9. Intellectual Property
